Forrest Walker is a is a decorated Navy SEAL, renowned for innovative solutions to seemingly impossible challenges. He is a pioneer of Naval Special Warfare (NSW) tactical capabilities for advanced desert operations, leadership models, program design, and unit/organization development. He has been described by Flag-level Officers  as “a catalyst that immediately improves any situation”.

Forrest’s deep immersion in the Navy SEAL problem-solving methodologies is fortified with graduate business degrees in Global Leadership and in Organization Development. He possesses an intimate understanding of the technical aspects of the human condition, and the behavioral dynamics involved in the human systems found in all organizations.

Jonathan Weller, PhD

Jonathan is a seasoned performance, clinical and consulting psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. He received his doctoral training in psychology at Michigan State University and began his career in the U.S. Navy where he offered both clinical and consulting services to Navy and Marine Corp personnel.

He has a thriving private practice in Arizona, working with senior level executives, entrepreneurs, professional and collegiate athletes, musicians, and individuals seeking self-improvement. He has  taught and provided clinical supervision at the graduate level, and he serves on the board of directors with a healthcare non-profit organization.

Jonathan’s interest and desire to improve the performance and health of organizations led him to pursue an additional Master’s degree in Organization Development through Pepperdine University. He is currently consulting in high performance psychology, promoting the growth and development of business leaders and improving mental health and well-being within the workplace.

Lynne Forbes-Zeller

Lynne is a senior organization development consultant with an extensive track record of helping organizations build a thriving culture by cultivating workplace engagement and performance improvement, particularly during complex change. She brings over 20 years’ global experience across several business sectors, and a cross-functional understanding of organizational performance and behavior. 

Lynn’s passion lies within empowering organizations to become more agile through technology transformation and the use of tech-enabled services. She enjoys start-up environments and has served on the board of advisors for a successful technology start-up company. 

Lynne holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership (summa cum laude) from Arizona State and a M.S in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management. She also holds certifications including Master Performance Consultant, Master Instructional Designer, and Master Change Management Consultant, with three Coaching certifications from different coaching models.

Matt Meader

Matt has more than 12 years’ experience as an internal consultant for a Fortune 25 global manufacturer, holding positions including Product Coordinator, Program Manager, Staff Analyst, Strategy Management Lead, and Senior Business Process Analyst. His expertise is in strategy, analytics, process improvement, and organization development. He holds a graduate business degree in Organization Development, and certifications in systems engineering, human performance improvement, strategy development, and learning evaluation. Matt has designed and facilitated executive workshops for a global, matrixed organization on product strategy, leadership development, and capability building.

Charlotte Swazey Booth, PCC

Charlotte has spent
over twenty-five years consulting in Fortune 500 companies, facilitating team
building and coaching individuals within business and entertainment companies. Her
passion is helping C-suite executives and mid-level managers to maximize their
effectiveness by enhancing their executive presence, presentation skills, and personal
branding.

Charlotte holds an M.S.
in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, and is a Certified
Hudson Institute and ICF Coach. She holds numerous certifications in assessments,
facilitations and coaching platforms and is an expert in creating customized
content that aligns with an organization’s specific needs and culture.

Chris Aiken, PMP, CCP

Chris has 10 years’ experience managing large-scale strategic change initiatives in the pursuit of organizational growth, the last 5 working in Canada’s healthcare systems. He has helped develop humanitarian organizations (Non-profits, NGOs) in Myanmar, Mozambique, Israel, Botswana, and Costa Rica. Chris has an M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, a graduate certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Royal Roads University, and an Honours B.A. in International Development from the Centre for Critical Development Studies at the University of Toronto. Chris specializes in organization design, change management, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Annie Severson

Annie Severson is an Organization Development and Change Management Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in public and private sectors. She also serves as the Director of Organization Development at the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families.  She believes in a human-centered approach to transformational change. Her energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness are her trademark traits when working with teams and leaders. Annie holds a M.S. in Organizational Development, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prosci® certified Train-the-Trainer and Change Management Practitioner.
